Hunts Forum
The Brief
Hunts Forum of Voluntary Organisations is an independent, non-profit making registered charity based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. I was commissioned to create a design for one of the meeting rooms and training suites which is used by voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations that Hunts Forum support. The client wanted to use a soft colour palette that would not overpower the room and reflect the values of growth and community, in keeping with their current branding.
The Approach
We explored three initial routes together, and after internal consultation and discussion Hunts Forum wanted to go with the concept of a garden and people coming together as a community to grow together. My design was printed onto vinyl and installed by Ensign Ltd, whom I have worked closely with in past on other installations.
As part of their office redecoration, Hunts Forum later returned to commission me for another large scale mural for their reception area, continuing on with the garden theme.
